Great spot to stop by when in Hiroshima.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was handy for a traveller. Good value for money. Were able to store my bag for me.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Avoid at all costs

The staff were nice, concise and professional. But that’s the only good thing I can say about the place.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy, and freezing cold. You have to turn the heat pump on at exactly 22° Celsius and wait 5 minutes for it to start blowing air. Only after that can you change the temperature. And your key turns on the power so you can’t let your room heat up while you’re out. Which is a big issue since the room opens up into an open air atrium with the wind blowing through it. The place is also filthy. Hairs all over the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and there was dried blood on the blanket. You can also hear all the noise from the street and hallway. I couldn’t wait to leave.

A good value for the money that attracts only Asian customers.

The hotel was in a good location; approximately 5 minutes from the train station. Asian breakfast and dinner included in the price which was quite reasonable. Staff was friendly and hotel check-in lobby ambiance decent for a small hotel.

The room was very small with no closet/dresser space. The bed and pillow were hard as a rock which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The hotel guests were all Asians and all cuisines Asian. I did not see any other non-Asian guests at the hotel during my stay.

Although dated, rooms were a good size. Close to trains and trams. Free meals.

It was a good value for the money.

The staffs are very friendly. I also like the food, especially it was free. It was the best breakfast I ever had here in Japan. ️ I also like that it is very near in the main station.

I don’t like the faucet in the bathroom. I think they should upgrade it. I can’t easily adjust the temperature according to my liking.
